WHICH INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR A CERTAIN PROTEIN?
|If you click on the "feature" button, general features such as description and sequence are displayed. The information is derived from the TIGR database.|
All phosphosites that have been detected in our department are listed on the
left side. In some cases, we could not clearly assign the phosphorylation event
within the phosphorylated peptide. Therefore, we created an approach to
calculate the probability of each site to be phosphorylated within the
phosphopeptide according to the spectra.
If the site's maximum probability is lower than 0.75 to be phosphorylated within any of the detected phosphopeptides, the site is marked with brackets.
If you click on one of them, information such as P-values, matching motifs, predicted secondary structures is provided.
